We treat every enquiry seriously. We want every customer to feel welcome and respected. How we treat an enquiry is very simple indeed. After initial enquiry and a brief explanation of your requirements , either by telephone or e-mail, we will then request that you send your lens to us. When the equipment arrives we will inspect your lens and treat it as if it were our own. After initial inspection, we will determine what the fault/s and service is required, estimate a cost and e-mail you with a comprehensive report and costing. Theses estimates are of course approximate. Although the estimate will be as close a cost as possible, the costing and description may change according to the faults and parts required when we actual go inside the lens. It may also be the case, as in old lenses that some parts may not be available, although we do carry a large parts collection that has built up over many years. So although the part may not be “new” in most cases we can avoid disappointment by utilising our old stock, or indeed re-manufacture some parts, it will still have the same guarantee as if it were new parts. WE not only repair and service all Manual Mechanical lenses but have facilities to repair ALL auto focus and modern lenses including Canon EF and EF-s, in fact all lens manufacturers.
